Swipe launches Android-based Fablet F2 and Fablet F3 in India



Swipe has launched two new 5-inch smartphone in the Indian market - Swipe Fablet F2 and Swipe Fablet F3. Priced at Rs. 7,590 Swipe Fablet F2 comes with a 1GHz processor and 256MB of RAM. It comes with a 5-inch WVGA Capacitive Multi-Touch Screen. It packs in a 5-megapixel camera at the back and a 0.3-megapixel one in the front.

Swipe Fablet F2 runs on the dated Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread). The device comes with a 2,200 mAh battery, which as per company claims gives uninterrupted entertainment of up to 6 hours. The phablet comes with 4 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 32 GB. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB.

The dimensions of Swipe Fablet F2 are 145.0X80.0X10.9 (mm) and it weighs 260 grams. To sweeten the deal, the company is offering three back shells (black, white and blue) free with this phablet.

Swipe Telecom has also launched Swipe Fablet F3 in the market. This smartphone runs on Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) and is priced at Rs. 9,290. Swipe Fablet F3 is powered by dual-core 1GHz processor with 512 MB DDRIII RAM. The phablet comes with an internal storage of 4GB, which can be expanded by up to 32GB. It is a dual-SIM tablet that supports 3G. Other connectivity options include GPS, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.

Swipe Fablet F3 features a 5-inch WVGA Capacitive Multi-touchscreen with a resolution of 480X800 pixels. There is a 5.0-megapxiel rear camera with Flash and a 0.3-megapixel one in the front. Just like Swipe Fablet F2, the company is also offering three free back shells (black, white and blue) free with this phablet.

Both these phablets are currently available through Swipe Telecom's website.
