Lava International has launched a 7-inch tablet, Etab Xtron, in the Indian market, for Rs. 6,499. The tablet is powered by a 1.5 GHz Dual-core processor, comes with 1GB RAM, on-board, and runs Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. This is Lava's second tablet, after the E-Tab Z7H, which the companylaunched in August 2012. The tablet's display boats of an IPS panel, that supports multiple viewing angles and increases under-sun visibility. A cer created a lot of buzz when it announced its decision to jump into the Budget tablet segment with the Acer Iconia B1-A71, that it first announced during CES, and later, as reported by us, launched it in India at an attractive price of Rs. 7,999.  Here's our review of the tablet: Hardware/ Build & Design The Acer Iconia B1-A71 is a 7-inch tablet, and accordingly comes in a compact form factor. However, the first thing that you notice about the tablet is that it's very apparent that it's made of plastic. The tablet is light-weight but feels flimsy. The hardware doesn't exude the feeling of durability, and if you put even a little bit of pressure on the screen, you'll see that it creaks and pushes through. Auxus AX01  This is the cheapest tablet in this list and is available for around Rs 4,500 but its specification tells otherwise.  This iberry tablet comes with Android 4.0.3 aka Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and to run that there is a 1GHz Arm Cortex A8 processor and 1 GB of DDR3 RAM. It has also Mali 400 GPU with OpenGL 2.0 support that handles the graphics related tasks. Auxus AX01 comes with 4 GB of internal memory and also supports 32 GB of expandable storage so you need not to worry about storing your contents. It comes with a 7 inch LCD capacitive touchscreen with 800 x 480 pixels resolution which is decent as well.
