We've witnessed the availability of multiple budget Android devices in the under Rs.5,000 category from major Indian device companies such as Micromax, Lava, Karbonn, Intex and  iBall to name a few, over the past couple of weeks. The Spice Smart Flo Mi-351 is listed at a price of Rs. 3,699. The Spice Smart Flo Mi-351 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and comes with a 3.5-inch TFT LCD HVGA (480x320) display. It has a 3.2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front camera as well. On the inside, the device is powered by a 1GHz processor and 256MB RAM.
