We've witnessed the availability of multiple budget Android devices in the under Rs.5,000 category from major Indian device companies such as Micromax, Lava, Karbonn, Intex and  iBall to name a few, over the past couple of weeks. Spice Stellar Buddy Mi-315 is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone that is powered by a 1GHz processor along with 256 MB of RAM. It sports a 3.2-inch capacitive touchscreen and runs on the dated Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system. This handset also comes with 512MB of internal storage of which 170MB is usable and one has an option to increase the memory via microSD to up to 16GB.
