Xolo Q1000 with quad-core processor, 5-inch display to be launched for Rs.14,999

I t looks like Xolo is about to launch a new smartphone, the Q1000 which is powered by a 1.2GHz quad core processor. While the company has not announced the phone officially, it's already listed on e-commerce website,Flipkart. The pricing of the phone has not been revealed yet and the phone is not available for purchase at the time of writing this post but NDTV Gadgets has learned from sources that it will be priced at Rs. 14,999. According to the listing, the Xolo Q1000 features a 5-inch IPS display that has a resolution of 720x1280 pixels with a pixel density of 295ppi. The screen is made of scratch resistant Dragon Trail glass. The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) phone runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It has 1GB of RAM and PowerVR SGX544 graphics processor. Xolo X910 with Intel processor, 4.3-inch screen spotted online

A new Intel powered Xolo phone has been spotted online on e-commerce portal Flipkart complete with images and specifications. The listing does not have any information related to pricing and availability except that the phone is expected to be available soon. According to the listing, the dual-SIM smartphone will be powered by a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor and have a 400MHz graphics processor, along with 1GB of RAM. The phone will feature a 4.3-inch qHD IPS display sporting a resolution of 540x960 pixels.  However, the X910 will run Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Xolo B700 with 4.3-inch display, 3450mAh battery listed online for Rs. 8,999

Xolo is all set to launch another smartphone in the Indian market - Xolo B700. Xolo B700 is listed on flipkart.com for Rs. 8,999 and as per the website will be delivered within 7-8 working days. This smartphone features 4.3-inch screen with a qHD display. The smartphone is powered by a mammoth 3450mAh battery, which as per the company claims gives 23 hours of talktime and 380 hours of standby time on 2G and 20 hours of tallktime and 363 hours of standby time on 3G. Xolo B700 is powered by 1GHz dual-core processor with PowerVR SGX 531 GPU. There is 512 MB of RAM and 4GB of Internal storage, which can be expanded by up to 32GB via microSD card. Xolo A1000 with 5-inch HD display, Jelly Bean now available online for Rs. 13,999

It's becoming quite common for devices to get listed with popular online retailers close to their official launch date. One such device is the Xolo A1000 that is now available on Flipkart in a white variant for a price of Rs. 13,999. The delivery details show shipping time of 7-8 days. (Update: The phone has now been officially launched for Rs. 13,999. It will be available in a black version as well). The dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) Xolo A1000 will be the latest device in the Xolo series, which is expected to officially launch on February 18 2013 priced between Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000. It is the first 5-inch device from the company and marks its entry into the phablet arena. Xolo A1000 with 5-inch screen expected to launch on Feb 18

A fter launching the Xolo A700, Xolo A800, Xolo A500 and Xolo X500, the company is all set to launch another smartphone in India - Xolo A1000. According to our sources, this smartphone will have 5-inch HD screen. It will run on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) out of the box. Xolo A1000 deploys one glass solution (OGS) and is just 8.8 mm thick. The phone is powered by a dual-core Mediatek MT6577 processor that clocks at speeds of 1GHz. It is the same processor that powers the Xolo A700 and Xolo A800. It is noteworthy, that Xolo also sells smartphones with Intel chips under the 'X' series. Other specs we've heard about the Xolo A1000 include 1GB of RAM and a 2100 mAh battery powering this phone. Xolo X500 Review

Lava International introduced the first device in the Xolo series in April 2012 with the launch of the Xolo X900. This was the first smartphone in the World to come with an Intel Medfield processor. However, the Rs. 22,000 price tag acted as a barrier, and the phone, even after getting a price cut and the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update, did not do that well. Intel recently unveiled the Intel Atom Lexington Z2420 chipset at CES 2013, paving the way for low cost phones powered by its mobile platform. The Xolo X500 is one of the first devices to feature this processor. The pricing at Rs. 8,999, is the icing on the cake.
