Lava Mobiles has launched three new entry-level smartphones under its IRIS series - IRIS 349, IRIS 351 and IRIS 355. All of these smartphones sport a 3.5-inch (320 x 480 pixels) capacitive multi-touch display and run on the dated Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread) operating system. Another thing in common between these smartphones is that they are all dual-SIM smartphones. Lava IRIS 349 comes with a 1GHz processor along with 256 MB of RAM. There is 113 MB of internal storage available on the smartphone that can be expanded via a microSD card to up to 32GB. For camera, there is a 2-megapixel rear camera and a VGA one in the front. The phone has a 1400mAh battery. The smartphone will be available to the customers for Rs. 3,999. Priced at Rs. 4,999, the Lava IRIS 355 comes with 1GHZ processor along with 256MB RAM.
