Samsung Galaxy Note III to come with 5.9-inch screen: Report

Samsung Galaxy Note II successor has been making quite a buzz recently. It was being speculated that Samsung Galaxy Note III may come with a 5.9-inch screen. Now, GSMArena via Korea Times is reporting that this is indeed confirmed news. Korea Times mentions that they have picked this information up from Samsung's main parts suppliers. Furthermore, the report also states that the Samsung Galaxy Note III will be launched in US through telecom operator AT&T in the near future. As per earlier rumours, Samsung Galaxy Note III will be launched at IFA 2013. IFA 2013 will be organised between 6 to 11 September in Berlin (Germany). There were also news reports that suggested that Samsung will be deploying LCD screens made by Sharp for its Galaxy Note III. Samsung starts rolling out Jelly Bean update for the original Galaxy Note

Samsung has reportedly started rolling out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update to the international version of the first generation Galaxy Note (N7000) 'phablet'. According to SamMobile, the update is rolling out slowly to all regions, and is available via Samsung KIES, Samsung's desktop phone management software or over the air. The update brings the goodness of Jelly Bean to the device offering a smoother user experience through changes brought in by Project Butter. It also brings the Nature UX interface, which Samsung introduced on the Galaxy SIII and Galaxy Note II. The update brings other Note II features including Multi-View, for multi Window Multitasking, Page buddy, customisable notification panel, Swipe like Input in Samsung Keyboard, Direct Call, Smart Stay and Pop-up Play, new widgets and Google Now. Touch input is a technology that is widely used today in almost all electronic devices right from mobile phones to tablets and personal computers. Touch sensitive display is offered in two variants today – Capacitive and Resistive.                                                              Resistive touch screens consist of two resistive materials with an air gap in between them.
