Back in 2011, Samsung released Galaxy S2 – its flagship smartphone and the best selling handset of the year. Now, there are rumors circulating on the web claiming that a mid-range variant of Galaxy S2 will be released soon. According to a recent SamMobile report, the South Korean tech giant is all set to unveil Galaxy S2 Plus in the first quarter of 2013 in a couple of color variants – Dark Blue and Chic White. Further, the report states that the upcoming handset will be available only in 8GB internal storage option and run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS along with Nature NX interface.   Also, the report claims that its tipsters suggest that the Chic White Galaxy S2 Plus will be released in the third week of the next year and the Dark Blue variant of the same will be released a couple of weeks later.
