Telecom operator Idea Cellular has launched yet another Android smartphone in India in the form of Zeal. Zeal runs on the dated Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread) operating system. It is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, along with 256 MB of RAM. This phone comes with a microSD Card slot compatible for cards up to 32GB. Zeal is a dual-SIM smartphone that will be available for Rs. 5,390. The smartphone comes with 3.5-inch touch screen that has a resolution of 320X480 pixels. For camera, there is a 3-megapixel auto-focus rear shooter with digital zoom. As per the company this smartphone will help them in upgrading their existing 2G users to 3G. Apart from 3G, the other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, A-GPS, and Bluetooth. Zeal comes pre-loaded with apps such as Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Youtube, and Idea TV.
