Nokia has today unveiled a low-end Nokia Lumia 505 which is expected to be an exclusive device to Mexico’s Telcel network.
The best thing about the Nokia Lumia 505 is that the 3.7-inch smartphone arrives with Windows Phone7.8 OS out-of-the-box but not upgradable to Windows Phone 8 OS.
The Nokia Lumia 505 packs in a 3.7-inch AMOLED ClearBlack display and arrives with just 4 GB internal memory which is not expandable and powered by a 256 MB RAM.
The Nokia Lumia 505 arrives with the following specifications:
- 3.7-inch AMOLED display
- Display resolution of 800 x 480
- Possibly single core processor
- 256 MB RAM
- 4GB internal memory (non-expandable)
- Windows Phone 7.8 OS
- 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, microUSB
- 1300 mAh battery
There is still no information as to when the smartphone will be available for prospective buyers in Mexico and how much it will cost. The smartphone will be available in three color options: Red, Pink and Black.
