New Apple iMac 21.5-inch,Mac Mini now available in India

The new 21.5-inch iMac and Mac Mini models are now available in stores across India, in line with our earlier report.



Multiple online and offline retailers have confirmed that the units are now available, though the 21.5-inch iMac especially is in “limited numbers” as per one of the dealers.

Apple announced the new iMac back in October at a special event held in San Jose, California. The base model featurning a 21.5-inch display, 2.7GHz quad-core Intel Core i5 processor with 6MB L3 cache, 8GB RAM and 1TB hard drive is available for a MRP of Rs. 85,900, with a street price of approximately Rs. 82,000.

The Mac Mini was refreshed at the same event and the base model featuring a 2.5 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM and 500GB HD is now selling for a MRP of Rs. 39,900 and a street price ofRs. 38,000.
