Google released the awaited Google Maps app for iOS in iTunes App Store

Apple went on to release its iOS 6 back in September and with it the Cupertino based giant removed theGoogle Maps from the OS as it introduced its very own Maps App.

And with that, Google was said to be planning to bring the Google Maps app as a standalone app and today the search engine giant Google has just released the much awaited Google Maps app for iOS user in the iTunes App Store.

The Google Maps App arrives with built-in Google local search, voice guided turn-by-turn navigation, public transit directions, Street View and more. Users can also use the Google Maps to discover great places to eat, drink, shop and play, with ratings and reviews from people you trust.

Idea launches ID 920, Aurus III smartphones

Idea has launched two new 3G-enabled smartphones, Idea ID 920 and Idea Aurus III for Rs. 4,950 and Rs. 6,990 respectively. The Idea ID 920 is an entry-level dual-SIM Android 3G Smartphone, targeted at first time data users in semi-urban markets. It's powered by a 1GHz processor, has 256MB RAM and sports a 3.5-inch capacitive touch display that has a resolution of 320x480 pixels.
